So I applied for Fisher M&T with a secondary in SEAS, and found out that I’ve been waitlisted (at both). Anyone in a similar position? Any advice / past experience is valuable! Thanks!
How do you know which you have been waitlisted at? I, too, applied to M&T with a secondary in SEAS and simply found out that I was waitlisted. But I would be interested in advice, too. ^^
@EngineBus2015 I called them and they said the policy was that I was in the running for both.
@johannbach - Oh okay gotcha! I’ll call them tomorrow and find out then. Thanks and Good Luck!
@johannbach I hope I am wrong about this but I think I m not. This year Penn accepted more students than last year and it is enough so that based on last years yield rate( a bit over 65%) they will not have to use the wait list at all to hit the target class size of 2420. (2420enrolled/3697admits= 0.655). And since penn’s popularity is really increasing each year I doubt the yield rate is going to drop. Sorry for the bad news and I do hope it works out but just thought I’d put it out there so that ppl waitlisted can manage your expectations realistically. But you never know so best of luck!!
@EngineBus2015 Were you able to confirm?
@johannbach - Yep, I was waitlisted at both M&T and SEAS.
