Lot's of leadership ECs, but to tired to type...

But the problem is that my essays are pretty crappy, not horrible, but mediocure. But because i'm applying for premed, I was wondering if my essays will impact me as much.

Well, since ur applying to premed, i think ur essays count even more (MORE COMPETITIVE).... but ur otherwise fine and i dont think they will "reject" on the basis of your essay unless its horrible!

I am in the exact same position as you darkburnout00. Our stats are about the same and I applied for pre-med. I don't know what u mean by crappy essay but my $10 essay was soooooooo unimaginative. Well written, but not creative at all. I guess we will just have to wait till April 1st. 24 DAYS!!!

Wow, thanks Antarius. That info helps a lot because I have been told that essays are really important and they are the main determinant blah, blah, blah. That makes me feel better.

Lol, yeah, I guess living in Alaska has its benefits...But it's not like I don't earn it (It's almost April and the temperature is still around negative ten; hasn't stopped snowing either). But the good news is that it can get around 90 degrees F during the summer.

But really, it doesn't make that much of a difference. Where about maybe 3/10 applicants might get accepted in the lower 48, maybe 34/100 applicants get in over here.
