JHU vs. NIH vs. Rutgers vs. Cornell

Yeah, I may seem crazy to some or too conservative for others, but I applied to all of these summer programs mainly because I want a damn good research experience.
JHU Precollege (intro to biomol, intro to bus.)
NIH Summer Internship
Rutgers Nanomaterials Summer Program
Cornell Nanobiotech Internship

As of right now, I have been accepted into JHU's precollege, but its close to $6K. The worse part is that they expect a response on your admission within 5 business days. I need your advice on whether I should wait for any of the others or just capitalize on JHU right now. Has anyone attended two/more of these and can share experiences? I will reward helpers with free air guitar strings mailed directly to a nearby post office!

(note: nearby in this case means within 3000 miles of your residence)

congrats on being accepted to the JHU program :)
I interned at NIH two summers ago as a sophomore, and it was a great research opportunity (and they pay around $3,000)
