Johns Hopkins or Lehigh?

Okay so I'm in sort of a dilemma. I visited Johns Hopkins in the summer and absolutely loved it. I decided I would apply early decision so that I have a better chance at getting in. I also registered for an overnight stay and an interview, so that admissions would know I was really interested. I could also potentially swim at Johns Hopkins being that it is a Division III school. All of the colleges I visited after Hopkins didn't compare. That is, until I visited Lehigh. I was totally not expecting to love Lehigh as much as I did. I think the difference is that I visited Lehigh during the school year, and students were on campus. Everyone seemed so happy an excited to be there. The students on the fan buses on the way to the football game put down the windows to shout "COME TO LEHIGH!" to our tour. Lehigh has all on the original qualities that were on my college checklist: school spirit, parties (yet it's not a notorious party school), a medium sized student body, and research opportunities. I plan to major in biology and follow a pre-med track. I know Hopkins is the better pick just by looking at my major due to its reputation in the field and world class prestige. However, Lehigh has a very large percent of placement of students in law or medical school after college. I need to choose which school I should apply to ED very soon. My biggest concern is that Hopkins, although I loved the campus, will not have all of the other qualities that I wanted in a college. I've read some horrible things about Hopkins online (I know I can't believe them all) such as the students are miserable and there's no true social life. If that's the case, I really think I might be better off applying to Lehigh. My GPA is a 4.40 and my SAT I is a 1960. I know my SAT scores aren't that impressive. I'm taking them again in October, hoping that they will improve. However, if they don't improve that greatly, i know that probably really lowers my chances of getting into Hopkins. So long story short, what's the better choice?
