Johns Hopkins + Peabody

How rigorous is the joint program between Johns Hopkins and Peabody (specifically piano performance)? Is it possible to get a degree in something like political science and piano performance in 4 years? Are the campuses close to each other? Anything is appreciated.

Some simple answers to your questions:

it is extremely rigorous to be part of the Double Degree program between Johns Hopkins and Peabody because you are enrolled at two universities at the same time taking two separate curriculums.

yes, that is what the double degree program is for ... but for most double degree students the program will take 5 years.

yes, Peabody and the Homewood campuses are close ... but not walking distance close. It would take a bit more than 30 minutes to walk the distance I think ... but we have a shuttle bus that escorts students between the two campuses.
