<p>I am currently applying regular decision to Johns Hopkins University's biomedical engineering program, but I am unsure of what my chances are of getting in. If I do not get into the BME program, what are my chances of getting into the pre-medicine program? Do I need to apply early decision?
Also applying to UPenn, Brown, WashU, and Northwestern? Chances?</p>
