Johns Hopkins University Chances

<p>I am currently applying regular decision to Johns Hopkins University's biomedical engineering program, but I am unsure of what my chances are of getting in. If I do not get into the BME program, what are my chances of getting into the pre-medicine program? Do I need to apply early decision?
Also applying to UPenn, Brown, WashU, and Northwestern? Chances?</p>

Based on Weighted GPA-Definitely top 5% and possible 1%. (600 students in my class.)</p>

<p>I have taken about 10 AP classes so far and am taking three more this year.
I have gotten some 5s, mostly 4s, and a couple of 3s.

AP Biology
AP Chemistry
Multi-Variable and Differential Equations
Internship</p>

<p>I intern at a government funded research company .
I have taken a Johns Hopkins Engineering Class and have gotten an A. </p>

<p>I am president of my schools chapter of Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society
Vice President of National Honor Society
I am part of the SGA.
I have ran cross country, track, and indoor track for about 12 seasons these past three years. Varsity junior year.
I have volunteered at a hospital for a summer.
Government Engineering Internship last summer.</p>

<p>I was also commended for the NMSQT. Also a AP scholar with Distinction.</p>
