<p>If you’re BME, then JHU
If not, UIUC is good.</p>

<p>However, make sure you are 100% set on engineering to go to UIUC. Outside of engineering and the major here are there, JHU has the upper hand in most fields, and especially with small class sizes, small student pop, prestige, etc.</p>
