Johnson Hall is one of the High Rise Dorms at Temple. Johnson Hall, like its twin Hardwick, is 11 stories tall, with dorm rooms being on the 2nd-11th floors. Each floor will have about 40 students and 1 RA, so you'll have plenty of neighbors.

The doubles aren't very big, and unless Temple has bought new furniture in the past few years, you be sleeping on a metal frame bed. Also, your dresser, closet, and mirror will be small (they're actually recessed into the wall), so don't bring too much stuff. Another down side is that there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers on every other floor, so you might want to get used to the idea of doing laundry in the middle of the night.

The plus to living in Johnson that the dining hall is on the first floor, so if you need to eat, you can just go down stairs, as opposed to venturing into Philly's sometimes inclement weather from the other dorms. Another plus depends on which side of Johnson you live on and on which floor for some people get a nice view of Center City Philadelphia and the Ben Franklin Bridge.
