Hi there! I'm a senior in HS and I plan to major in Journalism -- not sure what type yet, but probably not print, so for right now, I plan to major in journalism in general. I know many people decide to compliment this major with a minor/major in Political Science or History. I my self was considering American History as an additional major/minor, but I'm consindering Film/Cinema Studies as well. I want to to something fun that interests me as well, and interperting and looking at the history of film has alway been a passion of mine. I know a History minor/major would look better, but as I said, I want to learn something that may not directly effect my choosen career path as a journalist as well. What should I do?

Also, since many of the colleges I'm applying to offer it; do you think it would be wise to double major in Journalism and either history/film studies, with a minor in either history/film studies. Keepin mind I also plan to work in college at least for a few semesters.

Thanks for your time!
