aka 102 days until Harry Potter!!

Yay!!!! I love Harry Potter way too much! I'm going to be in England when it comes out. Do you know any way that I can preorder it now?

I think you can preorder it on www.amazon.com. If you can't yet, you'll be able to within a few weeks, I'd assume.

Or better yet... buy it in England!! I think the British editions are slightly different, cover/illustrations-wise.

...I was in France when the 5th book came out and I had to go to 7 English bookstores before I found a place that hadn't sold out!! I had waited too long to wait another day, if that makes any sense. lol

Yeah, the british versions are different. I have them for the 2 and 3 ones. I can't wait. This better live up to expectations!

lol it makes perfect sense, we had to know if the Ministry would finally believe Harry and Dumbledore! (wow I feel like a dork :) ) There actually isn't an Amazon in Cambridge near where I'm staying, and instead of trying to preorder off of a British website I am going to buy the British version like you suggested. That actually sounds like fun.

Rabo, JKR has yet to disappoint!

This is true. What's everyone's opinion of the movies? I thought they were ok, the third was significantly better than the first 2, and that they didn't hold a candle to the books. Oh, and Malfoy had potential to be hot and then somehow got ruined in the 3rd one.

Well, you're right, the movies don't even come close to the books. They are getting gradually better though. Its Malfoy's horrible greased back hair that ruined him for me. I think Harry and Ron are the guys we should be watching, I mean come on, who doesn't love a wizard?

The 3rd movie was definitely much better than the previous 2. On the other hand, while the scenery was beautiful, they could have cut most of it out and added more plot.

I think Oliver Wood is the hottest wizard so far.

Oliver is definitely! I can't wait to see what the young James Potter looks like. I do hate how much of the plot they have to cut out of the movies.

Yes!! Oliver Wood's accent is the best. I was disappointed he wasn't in them more.

Sadly, he will be gone after the 4th movie. :(

no you have to preorder it at bn.com because i work at barnes and noble

oh do you guys like rap music? If yes i want to be your roommate because i dont want one of those typical brown liberal kids, though i ...kind of am one.

Seriously does anyone like 50 cent here?

um, I'm not too sure about the rap music, but I won't be applying to Brown until next year anways.

Hermoine blossomed nicely.

I don't really listen to 50 cent except in my friends' cars, but from what I hear, I don't mind it. I generally like listening to rap while I'm doing homework.

I predict the girl who plays Hermione is the next Kiera Knightley.

I love rap! Definitely my favorite kind of music! Hmm.. well if you guys don't listen to rap, what kind of music do you listen to?

lol, in the only picture I've seen of Hermione outside of Harry Potter she was wearing a head-to-toe camo suit, so...

ew, rap.

try some husker du and sonic youth, and throw in some pavement for some added craziness.
