my act proctor said that this act test was a trial… that’s y it was a little different… I agree cuz the reading compare and contrast was so weird and different

I thought it was most intense because the sun is most intense at noon

@1Chancellor there’s a link to it in the earlier pages…people discuss the questions and put down what they had–like what people are doing here but on a much larger scale. I think it’s against ACT rules…I probably shouldn’t have even answered the questions on here. I mean, I don’t think that there are consequences, but it’s unethical. But hey, it’s your life…:)

just did the rad4(x^12) on my calculator with -1 and i got 1, so the answer is ≥0

your telling me you finished the science in 15 min… it was not bad but come on 15 min

im kinda anoyed because te format for reading was different from the normal way and I obviously studied for the normal way and math I thought was a bit hard

Thanks. I was just wondering.

you’re wrong js

I put increase, decrease.also put 100% reflected lol

idk the science was ridiculous

who’s wrong?

ACT JUNE 2014 TEST A TRIAL? my proctor said that this act was a trial test for next year and future acts… maybe she’s right because the math was harder then usual and reading asked different questions and that whole passage A, B compare and contrast thing was like nothing iv seen before… what do u think

@michelle- what did your proctor say?
I totally agree It was much more rhetorical and inference based for the reading- really scared how they are gonna curve it. Did she say anything else? This was my final act- idk how they can do a trial like that?

nevermind

Yes I finished in 15 mins I am not kidding.I practiced and timed myself so much.

I finished all sections. Though science was ridiculous, it was easy.

Lol who else got that butterfly Lipid thing and what did they put as answer

For the passage about Ray Bradbury, what was the answer to the question asking whether he struggled to find the meaning of words to him or he often discarded words that were not conductive to meaningful writing?

Reading…was harder than I thought and that shocked me since reading is my strength…idk maybe it was the passages…

The bombay one was just…eh…what did people write the passage was mostly about and the parental duties of taking care of the narrator?

she just said that it was a trial… the reaosn she said it tho was because she thought it said no break between science and writing and we told her wait there should be a break and she said idk cuz this is a trial… but she was wrong about the break thig… we had a break… so I don’t know how credible she is but as soon as I hit that reading compare contrast thing I think she’s right… and math went out of order a bit too

Btw what did people write for the color of wells plate?

I put increase increase… And 100% reflected… For the area of parallelogram I put 66. And for the trapezoid midpoint I put 6.5. The one with the trig chart was the wine with b=0 right?

Ik it’s pretty ridiculous to do a trial like that cuz I studied for the normal format of the test and the reading new thing they did really conserns me cuz that took up sometime and I didn’t get I finish and had to guess on a few questions
