I said discarded the words. Cause i was thinking of how as he was a beginner,he tried to force to make a creative writing…idk lol.

and yea it felt like act was trial…and act does plan to change next year…it was weird…the format…i hope they are generous to us for throwing this at us.

And I swear I saw questions that I saw on my red ACT book

For the mount Fiji question… Did you all disagree or agree(the last question in English). I think I said agree. Also for the meaning of Drew up… Is it prepared?

Even if they do a trial on us, the curve will not be that huge considering ACT’s history on curves

I put prepared…it sounded right…prepared a schedule and whatnot…

also did anyone put the middle of the ocean where author assume people thought where the location of where its most likely deep in ocean

So I think I wrote a pretty solid essay, 6 paragraphs, intro, 3 body, one counter, but I didn’t get to finish the conclusion. I had one sentence left. How badly will that affect my score?

@Saswizy How long was your essay and were you for or against?

What was the one science question with answers ATP, starch, DNA, and Amino Acid?

@SammyxB I think it was in the middle of the ocean since it directly said on the passage “Many people assume it’s in the middle of the ocean” but then they said “just 1000 miles off the ocean, it was really deep.” and stuff like that.

Which one do you guys think is better: ACT curve or SAT curve or are they just about the same

SAT curve is much more generous since you can get a few wrong and still get an 800. On the ACT, you can get one wrong and get bumped down to a 35.

@fnl012 doesn’t rad4(x^12) equal x^(12/4) which is just x^3

I feel like crying since I only did 4 paragraphs but i did a counter and ■■■■■■■■ conclusion which I did not finish.had communication prompt.wrote about example of if a student in high school wanted to pursue career in business, public speaking would work to their advantage since in business, communications is everything, blah blah blah

@An1100345 it was almost 3 full pages. I was for public speaking with examples: makes students more eloquent, improve communication abilities between students, and prepares for outside world, basically professional life. Then for acknowledging the other side, I said that although it may not be fair to grade students on public speaking ability, basically very few people are natural born speakers and everyone needs practice. Of course I went more into depth but that was the outline.

i was saying how communication goes beyond the classroom walls and how communication is also essential in relationships…eh lol im scared to see my score

English was a blur I think it was ok tho
math was tricky but not impossible
reading I thought was hard we never seen it like that
science was pretty good

I hated the Ray Bradbury passage(s), I just don’t like how the ACT does that to us with the passage 1 vs. passage 2 thing.

My essay was crap, I realized too late that I took the wrong stance.

I killed the writing. My essay was like 3 and a half pages long and I talked about all kinds of stuff.
