In my heart, I was against public speaking, but writing for public speaking was easier, so I was playing devil’s advocate during the essay lol.

@DL43516 that’s what happened in April. I got halfway through with only two examples. I ended up with an 8. Wasn’t what I wanted but given the circumstances, I was ok.

only did two and a half pages ugh. And the reading was absurd.also what did u guys put about the character saying he didnt leave the author,the author left him

Do you still get a 5 if your some sentences are grammatically incorrect but you get your point across?

as long as I get an 8+ im good but doubt it . lol my counter was…eh…Though i started off by saying “While some may say…”

i wanted a 27 on this … we’ll see how it goes I guess
I wanted a 27 on this one and then go for a 28-29 in sep…
ugh I feel like I’m running out of time I’m a junior

Writing is minor compared to your MC score, I won’t worry about it.

The answer to the reflected/absorbed question was definitely not 100% reflected. The whole point of the experiment was whether or not the stuff stopped plants from reflecting and absorbing light. One of the graphs was x vs time, and the definition of x was something along the lines of “percent of light reflected.” I remember underlining it in the description of the experiment. And, the last question for that passage asked what percent of light was NOT reflected, which should have indicated that the plants were not reflecting all of the light. Plus, just from science classes, no green plant is going to reflect 100% of light. Colors=different light frequencies being absorbed/reflected, remember? If the the plants reflected 100% of light they would be white. Then again it has been two years since I took biology so I may be spewing nonsense.

Well, many people are saying my answers are “wrong”. I accidentally wrote one of them wrong, and have not deleted any answers whatsoever. I wrote in the reasoning and completely explained them to my ability.

@michelle2912 I am a rising senior(Class of 2015). Ugh I hope for a miracle. :(

@SammyxB There’s a September ACT, you know that right?

@loves2ride I put it was the strongest, or the one similar to that. I had your same reasoning xD

okay so for the science one about pH i couldn’t decide between 7.4-8.6 and 8.4-9.5 because they both included 8 which was when it was orange…did anyone get this one???

I agree @loves2ride I just went with basic nknowlege and chose most intend cuz at noon the sun is the highest in the sky so it’s the most intense but I don’t know if that’s the write answer idk

Push awful timing issues for me. Had to randomly guess on over 10 reading questions and almost 20 math as well as about 10 science. But good luck to everyone…

I got a 35 on my last Math ACT and I’m really hoping they curve this well. Was the person who suggested complaining actually doing it? It’s practically useless because the curves are pre-determined.

@needagoodscore I think it was 7.4-8.6

I put 7.4-8.6

@SammyxB i couldn’t decide between A which was like about how he wrote from personal experience and then B which was that he really cared for his friend enough that he had to write it reversely

@Saswizy The transition phase was in between Acid and Base, so I wrote 7.4-8.6 since that was right around it.
