<p>The correct answer didn't have "trail of tears" in it (I believe that was a different question). I think this was court case where Jackson said "John Marshal has made his decision; now let him enforce it," and then proceeded to remove the cherokees anyway.</p>

<p>Wis3ly- well, i was trying to guess my score, using sparknotes.. and I guessed 710, which was my actual grade. According to sparknotes, with 12 wrong..you would get a 730 =)</p>
