remember from World History that conquistadors came for god, glory + money and they brought horses so only one that didnt seem to fit was the nobility relations one

The conquistadors were not of major nobility with ties to the crown (They were from minor noble families, or military men who rose up, or were even foreigners.) That was the answer.

Wikipedia-
Pizarro- He was an illegitimate son of Gonzalo Pizarro (senior) who as colonel of infantry
Cortes- Born in Medell

Does anyone remember the Marshall plan one? there where 2 answer choices that seemed right too me

What did you guys put for the one about what the Spanish found in Mexico and Peru? I think I guessed and put silver or something

what about "who did not agree with the Vietnam war?"

Yeah, me too. One specified it was a plan to rebuild Europe economically and prevent communism in Western Europe and the other that it was a plan to increase American political influence through financial means.

Veryyy ambiguous. I put the 2nd one but I think it was the first.

william fulbright

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

btw i picked the third one also because because the Marchall plan included eastern europe also?

For the Marshall Plan one, I put the rebuild economy of/prevent communism in Western Europe.

Vietnam War=William Fulbright

Who would have disagreed with pro-feminists? I put Brigham Young.

I second Brigham Young...he probably had 5 wives.

also; the immigration laws of the 1920s sought to restrict immigration from the eastern and southern europeans right??

lyndon b john son used gulf of tonkin as excuse to escalate? and what did kennedy, mccarthy, and nixon have in common? anti-communists?

Hey why are you guys discussing specific questions? There are still some kids who haven't taken it!

I was surprised by how specific the questions were, especially with the emphasis on pre colonial early colonial America. I think it almost equals the difficult of the May AP US! I heard you could miss from 6-8 and still get 800 or almost perfect

what about the question that asked what did not influence the great plains
barbed wire, wind powed water mills etc...

brigham young had 51 wives. literally haha.

"I second Brigham Young...he probably had 5 wives."

lmao, that was my reasoning too!

chemical fertilizers, i believe - but that was between two choices

Brigham Young for the other question

i put chemical fertilizers for that one....

"btw i picked the third one also because because the Marchall plan included eastern europe also?"

Yeah, Turkey and Greece def. received Marshall plan aid. That question was WAY too ambiguous.

Yeah I debated between chemical fertilizers and wind power. I just assumed that chemical fertilizer wasn't even created or advanced enough to make a effect in the late 19th century. Moreover it makes sense that they would utilize wind to pump water for agriculture....

What was the Half Way Covenent a reaction to?
