June 2009 SAT Math

well if the figure is drawn to scale then I would probably switch both 25 degree angles with the 30 degree ones

somewhere in my head tells me I solved and got 65 though

just worked it out and got 60 with mr california’s values.

ok, i solved it on real test and got 65 more than once, idk why…
if these value are true, all ppl who got 65 r wrong

yeah I think the values are wrong, either that or A, B, and C aren’t in the right spot

Can someone go through this problem? XD I know 70 was the missing angle, def.

Mr. California-

I am almost certain that your angles are paired incorrectly. I vividly remember that angle A was 60 degrees, angle C was 50, and angle B was 70, making 65 correct.

hopefully you have really good memory mr california haha:)

Hey what was the answer to the one where you sutract 2 to the numerator and add 2 to the demonator?

I heard someone say -1 was the answer. I definitely knew how to solve it but for some reason in my mind I think I put -2 (Was -2 even an option? I think my brain might be tricking itself) Well w/e I cant really remember the numerical answer I got, but Im pretty sure I got A. that right?

–sorry for poor grammar/typos -> sent on phone

answer

I dont know if apple labeled the triangle correctly but i vividly remember that the lower left angle was 50 the top angle was 60 and the lower right was 70. Can we reach a consensus on that?

I remember 35 being at the bottom right corner and I remember subtracting 115 so I’m pretty sure its 65

yes fernie, i solved and posted the picture according to what u rememeber

Lol I think we all need to chill…its just one problem (that could potentially stop you from getting your 800 = D)

Signo, it was -1.

true, im already -1, idc anymore

how did you get the 100 degrees adn the 80 degrees complementary angles?

Yeah okay, that seems obvious to me now, but I can’t remember if it did during the test haha. Do you remember if that was A? and was -2 even a choice? I seriously feel like my brain is tricking itself into thinking I missed one. D:
