June 2010: Chemistry

I have a question… Can someone PM me what the name of the diagram was that we had to refer to for the last 3 questions in the first part? I can’t seem to recall what I need to Google… :P

the last part of the first part should be curved as a whole. not a single word about that was mentioned in any book i read (in ENTIRETY)

So… i left all of those blank… as well as like the last three. jeesh. i just want 750+

please dear god. 750+.

lol

@mdhash
I know right?
i wish i could’ve studied more, maybe i could’ve taken world history too then. i started studying the week before the test (I already studied for the ap chem test though) but I have a reallllyy short term memory so practically forgot everything for ap so I had to invest that whole week studying for chem, I didn’t have time to study for world history, so i only took one test this time

I wouldn’t mind if someone PM’ed me this “last part of the first part.” Feelin’ a little left out of the discussion.

I thought you haven’t taken it yet!?

I’m pretty sure it’s going to be a different test for him…

That was harder than ANY practice test/set of practice questions i have ever taken for Chem -________-

^i thought that sparknotes was 102391820391283019283120 times harder than this exam

What practice tests were you taking? I thought it was A LOT easier than any Barrons test…

This was definitely a lot easier than any Barron’s test. The questions were all pretty simple, but I didn’t anticipate all the questions getting longer near the end so I ran out of time and omitted 4-5.

WickedKid: Lucky… There was a thunderstorm here too that woke me up for two hours in the middle of the night (it was the loudest I’ve ever heard) but unfortunately I still had to take the test.

What is the end of the first part? I thought the entire first part was really easy.

OMG… I blew this chance. This was so damn easy and the guess what screwed me over? I had diaahrea where i could not find the bathroom in my test center, so i searched for 15 minutes then including getting the bathroom guy to open it up…Didn’t answer the questions from 61-70 -.-, and 3 or 4 other questions in the previous…hopfully that is still enough for 700

^LOL that sucks
should’ve just held it in I’d rather poop in my pants then miss a chance to get an 800…

…i think…

My seat was sloped at a 45 degree angle, only managed to change it after the chemistry test

when will we know our results?

…the last few questions before the 101 question was very unexpected…
phew i skipped 6…:frowning: maybe -3. at worst 5 …
i think i should retake it.

Yeah, there is a 99% chance I will have a different test.

nvm i looked online and we get them in 19 days

what was the answer to the the pure liquid was readily to evaporate?

ROFL Nycdave!!!

Yea I took my test at a high school that charges $35,000 a year.

They had bathrooms with gold doors, gold faucets, and most importantly, a diarrhea seat for those who have stomach issues.

We had a chart exactly like the one from the last three from the first part on a test in Honors Chemistry. Unfortunately, it was at the very beginning of the year so I didn’t remember anything. I went to bed at 4:30am because I couldn’t fall asleep AT ALL. =/
