Are you sure that the g(0) was a fill-in? What was the exact question?

Wasn’t it 9/b=3/c? And you can interchange the c with 9 to make it c/b=3/9=1/3.

can someone remind me of the 90%/10% question?

No; in that case you would have c = 9 and b = 3. Then the ratio of c/b would equal 3. It’s definitely 9/c=3/b.

It was 90% of something is how many times more than 10% of that thing?

It was like 300(n)/100-n where n=90 and 10. Using n=90 you get 27000/10 = 2700. Then if you used n=10 you would get 3000/90=33.3333. 33.333 is 1/81 of 2700, the answer was 81.

Oh right, then it’s b/c we were looking for then, right? Not c/b.

^ Wha…? o.o Wait, was it b/c or c/b?

I have a pretty sweet post count right now BTW :p

I could’ve sworn it was c/b, which is why I might have stated the question incorrectly if it was b/c.

Haha, nice catch, yes you do.

Can some predict my section score in math…-5mc -1grid 2omit

i’m thinkin 600-630???

@jwc: Much higher than that. 660-670

Can someone please remind me what this question asked: AB/NB is 11

Also any curve predictions?

Thanks!

Ok, just so you know, the one with the set of factors of 28 and 14 the answer is either 4 or 28 - but did they have both in the choices - just wondering.

Plus, there was a question like 2a + 3b = 10, what is a-b, when a and b are positive integers, can someone confirm that I am right in thinking that a and b both have to equal 2 so the result is 0?

^ Oh, that was the one with the line where you find the length of NB, which turns out to be 11 (AB = 20: AN /NB = 9/11, find NB - or something similar)

@tito - the factors one was a grid-in.

Yes, a-b = 0

Was 1/81 an answer choice? I hope it wasn’t because I may have picked the 1/81 instead of 81…

^ no the answer choices were

A. 2
B. 9
C. 10
D. 81
E. 270

How the **** do I remember this?! lol

I think the answer was D. 81, but not quite positive

yea, 81 was D

hey does anyone remember the question to the answer “some are divisible by 6”
i remember putting down an answer with a 2?
please let me know, thanks.

i plugged in .9 and .1 for that question because it was percent…and i got 9…why is that wrong?

x was already in terms of percent.
