Can someone get a google doc going with the US version?

someone start a doc plzzzzzzz

What was the one with a bunch of ppl marching and the sign saying lawyers money club
And the one with the all right wing govt

Right wing I’m pretty sure it’s 1980. People marching I put 1932 it looked great depression like Plus i think i saw a rifle there. I dont think it was Coxey army

Think I put the NY democrats bc “greenbacks” is money and the bottom of the cartoon is said printed from NY but idk if that matters…

The banner discussed lawyers for a “stable money” supply in New York, a city of wealthy businessmen. It was a protest against the further coinage of silver being debated in the 1896 election, I think.

The political cartoon was a funny question. Anyone who has even a little common sense or awareness of American media would’ve been able to instantly tell that the drawing style of the cartoon wasn’t even close to being around in 1940, 1948, or 1960. That fact alone leaves 1980 and 1992. 1980 was the only answer (among all the choices) where even a Republican president was elected, so you really didn’t even have to know anything about congressional party control (aka the bottom half of the comic).

and in the top right corner it was copyrighted in 1980 lol if you looked really closely
