@OBJisTheBest I said state cooperation since using natural resources would only make the matters worse (Ohio burning coal would be using a natural resource).
Also, for the dinosaur one you could have said that the dinosaur was the common ancestor or the birds evolved from the dinosaur.

No the indicator diffused into the cell, but the starch was too big
I think @kimclan1 is right. While starch can’t diffuse out, the indicator can diffuse into the tube, turning it dark blue
It is in preparation for meiosis and mitosis (occurs during interphase}.
@Nerd007 it’s both meiosis and mitosis. In meiosis, it duplicates, but then divides twice

@OBJisTheBest I said state cooperation because the natural resources being used only add to the problem. Although, state cooperation would not really help because its not like the states like Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois are actually doing anything that would cause more pollution to enter Pennsylvania; it just happens to be like that because of the wind I guess.
