June 4 2011 SAT Reasoning Post-Test Discussion

Not trying to be mean or anything, but lets play a game called don’t ask the same questions over again. If you have a question, try to see if it has been answered already in one of the summary posts that people have compiled. Just an idea to make sure we keep moving.

Anyone remember questions from the bees/apple trees/subjects vs objects passage? I was a little shaky on that.

thank you! no more of the same 5 math questions please! Heres a quick summary of some of the favorites so you can all stop and answer some questions about CR.

Trapezoid: 105 (It was drawn to scale so you can assume the // lines are //)
Cubes: 40
Multiples: 20 works, 17 works, i think 19 works, anything with 4 multiples less than 100 that arent a multiple of 3

the trees one i am pretty sure was experimental cause i dont remember that.

@redsoxrule1918

trap = yes
cubes = yes
multiples yes. 20 works 17 works (though I think I bubbled the answer in incorrectly. dang)

The bees can be compared to “agents” was one of the questions…and I’m pretty sure this was not experimental

smh… get yo scores canceleddddddddd lolzzz though i doubt cb would check this and stalk you guys to find out your real identities

I know someone asked about this question before so I’ll explain:

N+N=NK, K+K=NK; thus, 2N=NK, 2K=NK;

Divide both sides by either N or K and find that N=2 and K=2,

Therefore, K+N=4

While there has been conversation about certain Writing problems that suggest the non-experimental section, it still has not been confirmed which Writing MC was the experimental one. So I’ll ask again for those who got ignored: Which Writing section was the experimental one? The one with the modern architecture or the one with supporters of modern technology?

The modern architecture was definitely not experimental.

Thank you for the confirmation. :)

One more day! Anyone predicting their scores?

I am! I am pretty certain I got more than 2300. I’m personally hoping for 2350+.

When I took it first time as a freshman, I got 2340. I am hoping for a 2400!

chaosakita and aopsrox - both have impressive scores already! Best wishes for your desired scores! Since you’re both experienced - any thoughts on what time the scores will be available online?

They “say” 5am EST. But it’s always VERY inconsistent.

Thanks Bailee.

It was posted at 5am for the January test, so we can hope.

It’s still hours until scores get released and I have to get up early for class today. The suspense is KILLING me.

Scores are released! I got a 2380.

I got a 2310 superscore. Not as good as I had hoped, but I’ll take it :)
