For some reason, nobody has put one of these up yet where we can consolidate answers for the USA's June 4th SAT. Idk, are we allowed to discuss specific questions?

What was the one that doubled and then was increased by 1. 20th term starting at -1. Was it -1?

jetfan that answer was -1. You start at -1 times 2 the previous term so -2 and then +1. It would repeat at -1

What was the one with the point (y,5) I think and the one with the group of people on the line.

Consolidated from posts (correct me if i’m wrong)

missing y: 3.33 repeating
rope: 180
boxes: 40
subset: 4 25 50 100
april: 10%
2’s and 1’s: 6
pens: 1.6
discount: 96

I got 3.33 but I only put 3.3 would that still be counted right?

The girl with the rope was in that same section as the one above. I described it bad let me rephrase. Picture of a rope indicated people’s locations and their distance from the start. The girl’s distance is x and it asks you for her distance from the start. It gives you the arithmetic mean of the distances of the girl from the other people is 120. The first guy was 20, the second guy was 70, and the last guy was 270.

I got 180 for the rope question.

Girl with a rope was a grid in, although I don’t recall reading rope o_O

I also got 3.33 and -1.

And ■■■, I thought a math section was experimental so I didn’t really check it over. Turns out I had an experimental reading.

OMG IF the answer is 180 I will be the happiest person in the world because I guessed 180.

Yeah it was line sorry lol. I had experimental reading as well.

Was the question with the 5 2’s and 5 1’s 6?

rope answer was 180, i got 10/3 for the (y,5). Hmm what else was there? the three boxes one? i got 40 i think

Please say that the section with the grid in - #2 on gridins was they gave you a number that was reduced by 20 percent. You had to find the original number. Anyone else have it that didn’t have math experimental?

Does anyone remember what they put for the question that asked about which is in the subset of B but not of A? A was the factors of 100 and B was the multiples of 4.

i had a math experimental… did you guys have the section with the 3 rectangles and it wanted to know how many cubes or was that an experimental

Cubes was not experimental, i think i put 4,25,50,100 for the subset thing

What was the one with the 2 sets?!

Question goes soemthing alone the lines of

Set A is the multiples of 4.
Set B is the factor of 100

Which of the following represents a subset of set B but not of set A

100, 200, 300 400,
4, 25, 50, 100
20, 40, 60, 80 (not too sure)
4, 16, 64, 256 (sometihng like that)

I put the 4 25 50 100 but I’m not too sure.

Edit jetfan the answer was 96

I recall putting something along the lines of [4, 25, 50, 100]

And no, the cube one wasn’t experimental, although the picture was highly amusing as it looked like the test designers put a deliberate shank in the test. That one was like 40.

it has to be 4,25,50,100 because all those are factors of 100, but not all are multiples of 4

what was the real math grid in section?

4,25,50,100

i didnt have a question about a rope girl

three boxes adding up to 40 5x5x5 cubes looked like a *****

I recall 10% as the answer for the approximation question (the last question in one of the sections).

yes, 10% for the one with the chart and months and asked for percentage in april
