June ACT Math Section

I’ll just guess some possible curves for this terrible math section.

-0=36
-1=36
-2=35
-3=35
-4=34
-5=34
-6=33
-7=32
-8=32
-9=31
-10=30
-11=29
-12=29
-13=28
-14=28
-15=27
-16=27

And so on… Can anyone confirm this?

this seems a bit lenient

Am I the only one that found math to be the easiest yet? >_< it took longer overall but the questions were much easier and all straightforward (in my opinion)

what was the letter choice to the matrix one?

I think it was the last one (J). yeah, the matrix one wasnt hard at all. it couldve asked for you to multiply them, which wouldve been much harder. pretty sure i chose that answer, i dont see why i wouldnt have…

@zach
you thought mathIIs were easier than this?
maybe I just derp’d hard on the SAT then… because this was honestly not bad imo

the math II wasnt too bad, but i dont think it was “easier” than this…

Hey guys, what were the choices for the chair question? I know the answer was 160 but I may done bad math and gotten a different answer on accident

what was the anwer choice for #56…apparently it was 22, but does anyone remember the letter choice? Thanks.

wow…I thought the math II was hard
granted, they cam right before finals week and my sleep meter was running a little low…

@xobile
110 is the only one I can remember, sorry.

@chess
can you remind me of the question? I might remember then

Does any one remember the questions with the two fractions. It was something like (a/b)(c/d) whats (a+d)/(b+c)?

I probably have the wrong setup but the question was in ithe high 40s.

do you mean the “is a+b=5 and ab=6, what is a/b+b/a”?

Sorry, I dont remember the question (ran out of time, didnt get to that one as i skipped up to #58 or something…) but yeah, if anyone remembers the answer was apparently 22…no one has really discussed it thus far so I’m assuming it was a relatively easy question.

I thought the questions weren’t too bad, just it was a ridiculously long section. Questions were easier, but they required more time per question. If I had had like 5-10 mins more I could have easily gotten a perfect :/

no one has mentioned the one with the red/blue/green things. and it says that you have some # more of blue than green, etc… i remember the answers were in ascending order, and I put D but it could have been E. and D was in the low 30s i think? E was a little bit larger. what did you get?

thirty seven

was that the largest number? D or E?

I’ve asked this but never really got an answer: Does anyone know what letter the last answer was? I know it was in the FGHJK format.

Also, does anyone know the question that involved the a + b = 5 and ab = 6?

it’s 2/3+3/2=13/6

isnt it funny how #37 was…37?
