i would have to be shimmering, colored lights present participle can act as a adjective or adverb and in this case it was used as an adjective followed by another adjective

which questions were you guys debating that had “however” in them?

Anyone remember the nickname question?

It was like:

“He obtained the nickname “Low-Key Howe”, for his ability to…”

One of the options was comma after nickname… Another was to have no commas.

I said no commas but now I’m not sure…

Did you guys put commas around the nickname of the cinematographer?
I did not

Did you put commas around the title of the book, for the first question in the first passage?
I did.

And what did you guys get for like question 5 of passage 1…It was a comma question said something about “her inspiration” and was worded in a strange way…
I think I put a comma before her

I said no commas. I don’t think it would be set off in commas. If it said he obtained A nickname, then there would need to be commas since he’s describing the nickname. Including the nickname is essential, because without it, it loses a part of the sentence that is necessary.

these kinds of comma questions really ****ed me off…

do u guys know where to learn that kind of grammar?

@GeddyLeeRulez

I also put no comma.

I think there was one question with four different words as a replacement? it was on the top of a page on the right side of the booklet. I’m at a complete blank for nay of the words but I remember having trouble on that and being unsure. If anyone remembers please clarify, but if not, it’s all right! lol

^did you have to find which word wouldn’t make sense in the passage?

yea I think so…There were four words that were pretty sophisticated - for me at least.

I remember “incessantly” was a correct answer.

hmm, well do you know if the passage about the ship wreck was on this section?

because there was one question about the"unidentified object" and i wasn;t sure what the answer was

is this the right thread?

I think i may have put that…I know I got it down to two choices

I put “difficult” for the word that wouldn’t fit. That’s the reading section though.

@Geddy, that was not the reading section, and you’re right, “difficult” did not fit.

thanks geddy

Oops my bad. Brain fart. Coulda sworn it was the reading section =/

i cant remember if i put difficult

can anyone tell me what the other 3 choices were?
please&thank you

For a question it was like, films star, film’s star, film’s star, or star films or something. I was stuck between film’s star and films star but I put film’s star…

^what you put is what i put.
