June SAT II French

Thought it was so hard!

tough as balls haha.

I hate the fill in the blank second section. It was different than barrons.

yeah, it was really hard :frowning:
is the test mostly taken by native french speakers? i hope the curve isn’t too tough…

Does anyone know how many questions you can miss and still get an 800? :

Depends on the curve, which is definitely more lenient for language tests…my best guess would be 0-10 wrong? Or is this too hopeful? Haha, that test was RIDICULOUSLY hard. The passages were so confusing.

I know. On the practice tests, I got consistent 770s, and on that I probably didn’t even crack 700.

You can have a raw score of 65 and still get a 710, I think.

I also found that test quite hard as well. Jeez >.<" especially the last part of Part C section.

the fill in the blank stories part was tough as hell. The hercules and the luxemberg parcs.

I agree JNeemz35! I didn’t understand the Hercules one at all :S
Overall, I thought the last 2 sections were extremely difficult…

whats the deal with serpents haha.

Do you guys remember what you put as answers for the passage with the serpent?

Hey I don’t rmb the A, B, C or D, but @ninjali if u specify which questions of that serpent passage, I might be able to rmb the ans ^^

The last question in that passage, I think it was something about what interrupted the serpent and the child? :S

And do you remember the article about the store with the employees? The question where it asked what a good employee should do?

des parcs, and there was one with palais sujet royaume. i put royaume i had no idea tho.

the freaking serpent one had like 4 verbs with e

etouffer enrober.

allons-nous, parlons fran

Darn, I had etouffer at first but then I changed it to enrober! I’m pretty sure it’s etouffer…

im pretty sure it is too, but I also changed it to enrober because the tarzan passage had derober.

Haha same here! I wish I followed my first instinct!

looks like no one wants to discuss specific questions.

Does anyone remember how the boy showed that he was not scared?
And why didn’t the snake bite him?

If I hadn’t read Le Petit Prince last year, I would know NONE of those words.
