Junior in high school worried about college...

I am a junior in high school. I have been going to the same private classical christian school since kindergarten. Since I have been in high school I have played three varsity sports and have been involved in five clubs. I have taken all honors classes all of high school, but not any AP classes until this year. The only AP class that my school offered so far was was AP Bio during sophomore year but you needed to be chosen to be in it and there was only only room for one class of 25 people. This year, I am taking two AP classes. Since I have been taking all honors classes all of high school, my weighted GPA is 4.58. It is the second month of junior year and I have taken the ACT for the first time but have not received my scores yet. I have not taken the SAT yet but I am scheduled to take the PSAT early next year. I will be taking the ACT as many times as I can. If I have a high ACT score, should I still take the SAT? I know that this is not enough information to go off of, but what are my chances of getting into UNC Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University? Those are probably the top two schools I will be applying to. I also plan to apply to UNC Wilmington, Elon University, NC State University, and University of South Carolina. What are my chances of being accepted to those? I would like to major in International Business, how would I have to work towards that? I understand that I am unable to change my GPA very much at this point, but would these two AP classes affect it at all? I live in North Carolina and would be in state for all of the colleges I have listed except for the University of South Carolina.
Thank you very much!
