Hey guys. Ok so I am having a hard time deciding what classes I should take next year.
I want to be a dentist when I'm older so I'm planning to take 2 sciences. I'm a good student but I thought I'd just get everyones opinion On whether or not it's balanced and how hard the classes are gonna be.

AP Spanish Language
AP Psychology
AP Language and Composition
Honors Chemistry
Honors world history
Precalculus
Honors Anatomy and physiology

You should be fine. None of your sciences are at the AP level, which will be nice. Honors Chem is usually pretty easy, and same with Honors Anatomy, though it may require quite a bit of memorization.
The one class that I would be most worried about if I were you is AP Spanish Language. To excel in an AP language requires adequate language fluency, which can be hard to achieve by junior year. How do you feel about your spanish skills?

Were you in Spanish 3 in sophomore year? If so it might be a difficult transition (unless you are very familiar with the language), especially if you forget a lot of the basics over the summer (like I did). I think this is a balanced schedule, just make sure you’re prepared for Spanish good luck

I was in honors spanish 3 freshman year. I’m in 4/5(pre-AP) now. And I wanna take AP world but I’m afraid it’ll bring my gpa down. And you don’t really need history to be a dentist :)

oh in that case I might take AP spanish (just make sure you know the material). AP World wasn’t hard for me, but then again I took 2 years of it…depends on your teacher to be honest. Though you’re right, most dentists don’t need history ;)

Thanks so much!
Hopefully these classes will bring my GPA up since I had a really easy freshman year. Right now I have a 3.6 unweighted and 3.9 weighted. It needs to go up A LOT.
Btw senior year I’m thinking of taking these classes:
