Junior year survival?

I’m taking six AP courses next year, and I’m somewhat worried about the workload. Can anyone provide past knowledge on any of them?
Im taking:
AP Calculus AB
AP Statistics
AP Physics 1
AP Chemistry
APUSH
AP Language and Comp
as well as French 4 Honors

Is this doable? Which classes will be hardest or the most work?
Thanks

It’ll be hard but if you have good time management skills you’ll be fine. Calc isn’t too bad if you learn it conceptually imo bc then everything makes sense, stats isn’t too bad either, physics 1 is a hard exam (see last year’s scores) but algebra-based physics in general isn’t too hard especially if you have a good teacher, chem is pretty much universally a difficult class, same with apush, lang can be very hard or very easy depending on your skills and your school.

Okay thanks! I’ve heard that stats is easy, but the teacher gives a lot of work. He is also the calculus teacher and apparently is the hardest at my school. I think physics/chem/stats will be most work.

Thanks again!

like the poster up there^ time management will be the key to your success. I suspect that you are a very determined, hard working student based on the schedule you have picked.
APUSH will be a lot of reading, however, you can surely cram all the material within a couple weeks/month and still do well on the ap exam. I did get a five on apush using barrons as a sophomore, but it was my only ap class. Try to stay ahead of the readings, and read in your free time.
Lang will have several essays. Easy stuff relative to everything else you are taking.
Calc will be very easy IF you can understand the concept. Once you learn derivatives/antiderivatives, you’ll learn about how to apply them. Should be much easier as the year goes on.
Since it looks like your future major and career is geared towards STEM, focus especially on your physics and chem class. There will be plenty of labs, writeups, and work in general, so plan to devote your time on these two subjects along with your math classes. Your schedule already looks fantastic, if you can pull through with a great gpa and 4’s and 5’s on your exams, you’re going to be going to an excellent college considered as a junior your first year.

I admire students like you who are willing to take on the challenge no matter what other students say. If you can work efficiently, you will be successful. Read more forums about the classes you’re taking here on CC, and you can get a better idea if what you’re up against

Thank you so much for all of the advice! I will definitely do the things you mentioned!
