junior year.

I suppose I shouldn't care too much about this all but I do.

I really thought I got an A in APUSH, but I got my official grades today - I got a B+/B+.
I also got a B+/B in "Computer Programming with Java (Honors)" which is taught at my school as AP Comp Sci A - except it won't say this on my transcript! Even though it was AP-level... unfortunately, its the only AP exam I didn't take, too, so I have no record of that (taking 4 or more AP exams at my school is really discouraged by the administration, and I guess I was pressured into thinking I couldn't do it since I'm like the only junior who takes more than 2 AP classes). Also... I think I was the only one who did not get a C or below, we had a horrible teacher.

Also, on the topic of APs, I'm pretty sure I just got 3's and 4's on my tests. Hey maybe even a 2. Obviously, nothing stellar.

Anyways, all other years I've had straight A's. I wonder how much it will hurt me in the admissions process, because it shows a downward trend.
I mean, I don't have perfect SATs or like a top 3 rank, so I don't really shine any where else (in the academic part of my app.s).

I'm applying to Harvard, UCLA, USC, NYU (Tisch), & BU.

(At the same time B+'s at my school are 90-93%, which are generally considered A's everywhere else. I wonder if colleges will take this into account...?)

This is probably stupid... but I feel bad because I thought I did so much better. And I'm also mad b/c I just found out that my school is dropping most of the core courses I'm in (all APs) because of low interest (aka, my school is dumb). And they all happen to be classes I can't take online and I can't get financial aid to take them at a CC. I have no history or math course left to take at the moment! So frustrating...

So can any give me some input? Anyone know if my B+'s will be considered A's because they are 90-93 percentages? Or if a strong 1st semester senior year can help balance me out again?

I think class rank and SATs scores will be important if your school is not strong and known at your colleges. That will give the best idea of where you are compared to the applicant pool.
