Junior's chances at WUSTL, UToronto, McGill University

Well, I was wondering what my chances are for Washington University in St. Louis, University of Toronto, and McGill University in Montreal. I'm a Canadian and American citizen, but I was born in Canada, qualifying me for local tuition for both Canadian Universities. I currently reside in Illinois, so I would be an out of state applicant for WashU.

Objective Items
ACT: 33
GPA: 3.7/4.0 unweighted, 4.4/5.0 unweighted
Rank: top 30 student out of a class of roughly 900 total.
APs: Human Geography (4), English (Both, but have yet to take the tests), Biology, Music Theory, Chemistry, Calculus AB, Government and Politics.
High School Course Load: I've taken the hardest courses at my school other than opting out of AP U.S. History, taking Honors Physics instead of AP, and taking AP Calculus AB instead of BC. This is unrelated, but I also took three years of French.

Extracurriculars
Varsity Chess State Participant (3 years)
JV and Club Ice Hockey (2 years)
Guitarist and Vocalist in a local, unsigned band (5 years)
Jazz band guitar (1 year)

Volunteer experiences
50 hours as a hockey instructor at local ice rink
3 hours for American Cancer Society
6 hours at local festival

Other Stuff
School Type: Public
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Male
Income Bracket: $100k-$120k

Your stats make you competitive for WUSTL but your EC’s are limited. From what I’ve read on CC, WUSTL admission is very quirky. It is also a private school so OOS is irrelevant.

You will most likely be admitted to McGill and U of T, possibly with a modest merit scholarship. They do not look at EC’s. An incredible bargain for tuition, even a greater bargain at McGill if you were born in Quebec.

Thank you!
