Just clarifying something about Teacher Rec

<p>Basically, for CommonApp, do I just invite my teacher online for him to write the recommendations?</p>

<p>I've already confirmed with the teachers who will be writing my recommendations, so after inviting them online, they just fill out the form and upload it. That's all they have to do right? </p>

<p>There should be nothing else for me to do (except thanking them of course) after that right?</p>

<p>Can someone clarify this for me, and tell if I'm missing any vital points to the CommonApp Teacher Recs?</p>

<p>EDIT: Oh ya, I forgot. How do the teachers upload the recommendations onto CommonApp? Do they just have a button to press or something?</p>

<p>Yes, you invite them. From their accounts they can access the forms that they’ll need to complete. As part of those forms they upload their letters of recommendation. It works just like the personal essay upload on the Common App.</p>

<p>The only other important part is that you have to submit the Common App Online. If you submit via paper your online teacher evaluations will not go to the colleges; they are only sent to the colleges after you submit the app online.</p>
