<p>Hey everyone, I've just finished memorizing the first book of the DHA book, and I was wondering what book do you think I should memorize? Should I buy the 300 essential words book by Larry kreiger, or should I get the second book in the DH book series.</p>
<p>BTW, I've heard that the second DH book is garbage. So, let me know what you guys think.</p>
<p>I have the second direct hits book and I thought it was pretty good. However, I didn’t buy it until I had already memorized several hundred other words from other books. I’ve heard Princeton’s hit parade is pretty good.</p>

<p>No, get the second DH book, I highly recommend it. PR’s Hit parade and 300 essential words are also valuable.</p>

<p>Yeah, I own the first and second direct hits books. I also heard that the sparknotes 100 (I think that’s what it’s called?) is pretty good, too.</p>
<p>Seeing as the Essential 300 words usually has more hits than DH, I would go with the Essential 300. I have it, and many of the words it covers are also in DH2, so you won’t be missing too much.</p>
<p>It’s actually the Sparknotes 1000 (not 100 as mentioned above) . It’s a pretty good collection . It’s free so you can print them .</p>
