I was just rejected from the only internship I applied to for the summer at the National Organization for Women. I'm a sophomore sociology major interested primarily in legal ethics and womens issues, but I would be happy to find a summer opportunity that has anything to do with law or some cool non-profit. I feel like I'm up the creek without a paddle though because it's so late in the year. If you have any ideas I would really appreciate it.

Also, I'm planning to go to law school, so if you can suggest any other type of specific meaningful activity (I've already thought broadly about traveling and stuff), that would be great too.
