just turned 18, and im on that job hunt

What are some companies or places I should be looking to work at that hire entry level candidates.. I'm looking to make at least 2+ dollars above minnimum wage now that im finally legal and 18.

Oh and if it helps i have some customer service experience and i've interned at boeing.

I just need some ideas, i have no idea what are good places that hire ppl like me, and im going to be direct --- Ill go wherever pays the most as i am saving up for a car.

get lifeguard certification and you can find some indoor pool/gym place. I'm a senior in HS and I make $10 an hour, but there are other people working there full-time who get salaries and did not go to college.

thanks for the suggestion, but im not exactly a water guy or good swimmer for that matter. Any other places?

Haha... I understand, but honestly, I've been working at the same place for a little over two years now and I've yet to even enter the water. Depending on the establishment, lifeguarding can be the easiest job ever.

I don't know what else I can suggest to you though. Sorry.

I made $9.55 at nordstrom cashiering over the summer then they bumped me up to $10.50 the next summer and then let me start selling which got me commission and I made like $13-17 an hour...

Yeah, try to get a job in retail.

I work at a restaurant and make about 15-16 an hour with tips.

Consider the addition benefits beyond your wage, such as discounts at stores you shop at often. I worked at an amusement park, made $9/hour, and rode roller coasters with friends, all of us for free, the summer before going to college. I highly recommend it.
