Just wondering

Since there are not very many stats for transfer admission and it is hard to gauge where to apply, I was just wondering if anyone could evaluate my stats and see what sort of schools I have a chance at outside of the UC system.

I attend a California Community College and will begin my second year next month. For ten years I was a national and internationally competitive athlete and just recently decided to quit (I will probably write about this for my essay). I graduated from high school in three years so that I could pursue my dream of competing at the World Championships. I took very few classes my first year of community college. I have a 3.8 and a 32 ACT score. I am considering taking the SAT but I am not sure if I should, since my ACT score is fairly solid and I don't know that I could do better on the SAT. My previous CC didn't have an honors program, but the one that I am starting at in the fall has an extensive one and I will be enrolling in honors classes for both the fall and spring semesters.

My EC's are very limited because for the past decade I trained for four hours a day. I have a fair amount of community service, but nothing outstanding.

Thanks for the help :).
