Kaplan or barron's? the eteral question..

I am asking for chem and phys..
Which shall I buy?
Thanks in advance!
November is comingup tick tock tick tock!

And yeah
Eternal**

I swear by The Princeton Review courses for SAT 2’s. DS1 recieved a 10k/year departmental scholarship that was certainly helped by his scores and DS2 has already scored 800 o Bio with the help of Princeton.

That’s for bio… what abt phys and chem?
Have you taken them?

DS took chem and got good results from Princeton. Didn’t take physics. The advantage of the classroom courses is that they teach strategies for the test in addition to giving study materials. Makes a big difference

Kaplan sucks. The question should be Princeton review or Barron’s

@drones… why does it suck?

Kaplan usually is really specific and isn’t an accurate representation of the real test. Its more like a textbook and has a lot of excess info. Also, I tend to find a lot more typos in there. Im basically trying to say that Kaplan is a decent supplement and still better than most books out there but is inferior to Princeton and Barron’s.

I got Princeton’s the 2011- 2012 edition. But it is not that hard so far… it just has all the basic stuff nothing detailed…

Are you sure this is all what is going to come in the exam?
I am still in chapter 5… does it get harder?
