Kent State vs. Ohio State

I’m debating between the two, I plan on being a pediatrician, so med school in the future. Does med schools look at where I did undergrad? I know tOSU has a better rep. But I just feel like tOSU is too big of a school for me, even though my parents really want me to go there. Im just not sure about the pros and cons of the two.(?) Anything helps, thanks!
