Know for a fact I did worse on the second SAT. Does it matter if you have to send both scores?

My school was part of some special SAT where you could take it on a school day on April 15th, which isn’t on the normal test dates. I got a 2360, and wouldn’t have retaken it, but because of the special date I did not get my scores back until I had already retaken the SAT on May 2. I am 100 percent sure I did worse on this one, I was sick and it was just awful. Does the second score being worse make a difference for colleges that you have to send both for?

No!

Is this a joke? 2360 is more than enough

I realize that 2360 is enough, if I had known I gotten that I would not have retaken it. My concern is that the fact I got a 2120 the second time because I felt terrible make a difference? I think the fact that every single score went down a lot shows it wasn’t just some random fluctuation.

Couldn’t you have canceled the second score?

You dont need to send 2nd score unless schools want all dat scores.

That’s why I said in my post schools that require both

Depends on the school, but I doubt theyd care. Heck I doubt you need to send all scores. I took the SAT 3 times and submitted my 2nd score, 2200 while my first and 3rd were 1820 and 2040 respectively
