lame question...

first i want to say i cannot believe i'm posting about this but this has suddenly occurred to me.
Because there are some schools who calculate gpas to 1-100...i was wondering when colleges recalculate your gpa would they give less pts for a a- than for an a...such a lame question...but just wondering =(

i don't think you have anything to worry about. they would still require your high school transcript, which is the GPA as seen by your school. they'll still want to see that.

No, I've been told that colleges don't care much about +/-. I was told outright by the Stanford admissions office that they recalculate GPAs on a straight 4.0 scale, disregarding all +/-s and using only core courses (History, Math, English, Foreign Language, Science)
