<p>So I was away most of this summer and did not have a chance to take the French Placement test before it expired. I have taken french for 7 years and am not particularly attached to studying it in college, but I do not want to have to take 3 terms of french to fulfill the language requirement at Dartmouth. Is there anyway I could talk to somebody and get put in a more appropriate class or waived out of French even though I missed the placement exam?</p>
