<p>I am an incoming Freshman and purchasing a Mac. Are there certain programs that are an absolutely a must when I purchase it.</p>
<p>Oh my goodness!! I was just going to ask this question! So far, the only thing I've been told to have is Micrisoft Office... the student version.</p>
<p>After a year as a physics major, all I have needed has been microsoft office. If for some reason you feel you need another program, just get it then (or use the computer labs).</p>
