<p>i was just wondering if there were any kind of laptops that the UW required, I did not see any information on it. do they recommend getting a certain kind? do you need any programs?? any information would be great!</p>
<p>i'm sure uw won't requre that you get a certain type of laptop. the only program you will probably need is microsoft word OR another word processing program.</p>
<p>actually they don't even require you to take one to school. there are libraries and computer labs you can do your work at.</p>
<p>Don't worry about that. Their minimum requirements are very basic:</p>

<p>I would have a hard time finding a laptop that's actually worse than the specs listed.</p>
