I was just wondering if colleges will see the major difference in my PSAT and SAT scores, taken only a couple of months apart. In november, I took the PSAT and did horribly (179), and then in the January SAT I did pretty well (2140). Does the equivalent differnce of 350 points matter much. Am i being paranoid or will they see this as an oddity?

Colleges never see your PSAT scores unless you self report

unless the school puts it on the transcript. some of them will.

Ah, well don't stress too much about it. They'll probably just assume you had a bad PSAT day.

PSAT is not important for college application. The main reasons for taking the PSAT are: Practice for SAT and National Merit Scholarship.

yeah, they'll just be happy with the SAT. you really don't need to worry.
