Last test: SAT1 or SAT 2?

I'm doing the SAT Physics in December, and have one more I can do in January. My scores so far:
SAT 1: 2190
SAT Math 2: 800
I'm thinking my physics will most likely be another 800.

My marks in the three sciences range from 86 - 93 (Canadian), but I'm taking near-AP or AP level basically. (In Canada, that's considered a big deal)
I think I can reasonably assume 750+ in both Chem and Bio, or a 2300+ in the SAT 1. Which one should I go for?

My main strength when applying is an abundance of strong EC's. So which would help more, a higher SAT1 or two more SAT II's?
Applying to HYPSM, and Canadian universities. Would like to go into engineering/entrepreneurship. (Although Stanford is the dream, I hear they may accept late sat's)

Of HYPSM, all except S accept Jan scores. Stanford says they will be too late. You can still send them to Stanford in the hope they might get there and be considered before a decision is made on you but don’t count on that happening.

No college that requires SAT IIs requires more than two. Others, like Stanford, that recommend but do not require IIs, recommend two, with the exception of Johns Hopkins and Georgetown which recommend three. Thus, except for Georgetown and Hopkins, adding more SAT IIs when you already have two good scores will help little to none but increasing SAT would mean something.
