Does anybody know about Penn's policy on late application? I got mine very late because the server was down all night and I overslept the next day. Does anyone know the admission office email, I cant find on the website.

In general, getting something in e-mail a few hours or even probably a day or two after deadline isn't going to hurt you because colleges are not seeking trivial reasons to eliminate potentially excellent candidates.

Also, even if it looks like an e-mail went through on time, sometimes it takes days for an e-mail to go through and the sender doesn't realize that. In addition, there always are glitches in the day that applications are due because of the flood of applications that are sent right on deadline.

Finally: Remember that applications also will be mailed in. Even if they are postmarked on the due date, they won't get to the admissions offices until days later, and then the staff will take days to go through the applications and file them. The same happens with e-mailed applications. They don't go immediately into the admission officers' hands.

Do not e-mail the adcoms with this question. They are flooded with panicked e-mails now, they just finished vacations, and they don't need yet another panicked e-mail to send a reassuring answer to.
I hope this is enough reassurance for you to chill, now. Best of luck!

Hey, thank you very much
