So all over the place I’m missing transcripts, college reports, and even application fees.
Am I going to get rejected?
They can’t evaluate your application if you don’t pay and they certainly cannot if you are missing your college reports and transcripts so yeah, probably.
Sounds like you haven’t been following up as carefully as you should be. It’s possible whoever is sending your transcripts is doing a really poor job. Send that stuff ASAP. See if you can tentatively send a picture/scan of your transcript while you wait for the official one to mail out.
