Late School Forms (question)

I've gotten two emails from Universities I've applied to telling me that they haven't recieved my counselor forms.
Even though she sent them like a month ago, before Christmas break.

I got the message in time to resent one to my current top choice, WashU, which has a deadline of January 20? 25?, something like that.

However, the rest of my deadlines were-
Vanderbilt University
University of Notre Dame
Duke University
Northwestern University
Emory University

-- back near the beginning of January.

Are these late Secondary School Report/Counselor Rec/whatever it's called going to severely or at least slightly effect my chances at admissions?
Especially since that aspect of my application is pretty much out of my control?

No, if the schools have contacted you because it is missing and you have your counselor send the missing forms right away and the forms reach the school within a few days, you’ll be fine. They won’t penalize you as long as it gets there soon.
