<p>The above ones are more focused on international studies. </p>
<p>I know of one that is really focused on latin american studies as it even has a research center for Latin American studies and another for Cuban transition:
- The University of Miami. </p>
<p>Overall prestige wise, Georgetown is better however. if Goergetown dosnt work out, GWU and UMiami are bout the same and then comes American.
But def GTown is what I would reccommend even though its not as Latin American focused as UM.</p>
<p>ikemarrus, if you are in-state California, check out UCLA's Latin American studies major. Tougher admittance if you are out of state.</p>
