Latin SAT II This Saturday

<p>Anyone taking it?</p>

<p>I'm taking it on Saturday along with Lit and Math 1. </p>

<p>Although this is my 4th year studying it, I'm pretty scared for Latin because I was reviewing vocabulary flashcards earlier and stumbled on more than enough words. I think the toughest part of the exam are the questions based on passages because of the vocabulary. I feel confident with grammar though. </p>

<p>Does anyone have any advice, or should I just try to relax, go in, and do my best? How much did you prep for it?</p>

<p>A good knowledge of ENGLISH vocabulary and Latin grammar will help.</p>

<p>If you’ve taken the NLE, the SAT II reading comp is exactly like that found on those exams.</p>

<p>I didn’t prep for it. =P</p>

<p>Experience and good sense are enough. You’ll do great.</p>

<p>Hmmm, that makes me feel a lot better since I’ve done well on the NLE for the past three years. Thanks so much! Do you remember where the grammar went up to on the test? (Subjunctives, deponents, etc)</p>
