Anyone ever taken advantage of this?

basically for ppl tht don’t have time to do it themselves (athletes mostly)

Athletes actually get a “hook” that they can put a certain amount of laundry on and have it done for free by the next day, generally used for their jersey/uniform/whatever for the sport. It doesn’t fit a lot of clothes but it’s nice.

As for the laundry service, a bunch of kids in my dorm used it last year, it would be nice to have but is by no means necessary. I’ve probably spent so much money on doing laundry myself anyway that it wouldn’t be that much more expensive just to get the service…

How much is it to do a standard load in general? (and then you can figure in laundry detergent, time and of course, the ever present risk of red tshirt in with all the whites).

Pretty sure a load is 1.25 for wash, and 50c x 2 cycles for dryer (cuz the dryers arent very good).

One year my car-less D lived in a Midd-owned house that was way on the edge of campus and had no laundry facilities. That year we paid for her to use the laundry service as it seemed cruel and unusual to make her lug her laundry through the snow. She liked it a lot.
